Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking. By making a booking you agree to comply with all terms below.

1. Pricing

  • Pricing of trips may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Special discounts are available for families with children and large groups only.
  • All passengers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Trip prices do not include food, drink, transfers, or entry fees to attractions unless specifically stated.

2. Food and Drink on Coaches

  • No hot food or hot drinks are permitted on board.
  • Any snacks or light food provided are complimentary and offered at our discretion.
  • Food with strong smell/odour is strictly not allowed to ensure a comfortable journey for all passengers.
  • If you cause a mess on the coach you will be charged a cleaning fee.

3. Smoking, Alcohol, and Substance Policy

  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are not allowed on the coach at any time.
  • If you are drunk or drinking on the coach, we will remove you from the coach.

4. Toilet Facilities

  • A toilet is available on the coach for emergency use only.
  • Please note: the toilet may occasionally be out of service on the day of travel due to reasons beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly advise all passengers to have suitable travel insurance covering the full duration of the trip.

6. Changes to Pickup Points, Times, and Trip Locations

  • In rare circumstances, we may need to change the pickup point, time, or destination.
  • We will notify you as early as possible.
  • If a trip must be cancelled, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Minimum Passenger Numbers

  • All trips are subject to a minimum number of passengers.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip up to one day before departure if minimum numbers are not met. A full refund or alternative trip will be offered.

8. Communication

  • All communication with us must be conducted during working hours via email, mobile, or landline.

9. Behaviour and Passenger Conduct

  • All passengers must follow the instructions of the Tour Manager at all times.
  • All passengers must follow the seating plan on the day.
  • All passengers must behave respectfully and be mindful of others.
  • Disruptive behaviour, shouting, or causing a disturbance will not be tolerated.
  • Passengers are expected to be polite, courteous, and considerate to other passengers and staff at all times.
  • If using mobile phones or devices for entertainment, passengers must use headphones to avoid disturbing others.
  • Aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the trip without refund.
  • You are not allowed to play your own music on a personal speaker.

10. Harassment and Abusive Behaviour

  • Our staff have the right to work without fear of harassment or abuse.
  • Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour towards staff (on the phone or during trips) will result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from anyone who has been abusive toward our staff.

11. Cleanliness and Hygiene

  • Passengers must maintain cleanliness on the coach and dispose of rubbish responsibly.
  • Good personal hygiene is expected throughout the trip.

12. Safety Instructions

  • Passengers must comply with all safety instructions given by the driver or staff, including wearing seat belts where fitted.

13. Seat Booking

  • Front seats are available for booking at an additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Only adults are permitted to occupy the front seats; children and infants are prohibited.
  • We cannot guarantee who you will be seated next to.

14. Late Return

  • If you are late and do not return to the coach on time, you will miss the coach and will have to make your own way either to the next destination or back home.
  • The timings are given at every location — it is your own responsibility to ask the tour guide or coach driver if you are unsure.

15. Cancellation Policy

  • Day Trips: minimum 5 days' notice before the trip date for a refund.
  • Day Trips including attraction fees or ferry: minimum 7 days' notice.
  • Overnight Stay Trips (UK and Abroad) including Hotels: minimum 14 days' notice before departure.
  • Flight Trips: minimum 28 days' notice.
  • No refunds will be issued after these deadlines.

Agreement

  • By booking your trip, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice.
